Once you have placed your order, all in-stock items will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.

you will receive an email from us with a tracking link. You can use this link to check the status of your delivery online at any time.
PET & Co. is not responsible for lost packages, provided we have proof of delivery to the correct address. All our deliveries are completed with a delivery photo.
If you are not satisfied with a product or have a reason for a complaint, please contact our service team at salesteam@petandco.ch before returning any items. We will be happy to review your request and explain the next steps to you. You can return unused products in their original packaging, provided they do not fall under the exceptions below, within 30 days of the invoice date.
Please note: Due to their nature, as well as for reasons of product quality and hygiene, chew products are generally excluded from return and exchange. This also applies to items in original packaging that appear unopened.
Also excluded are hygiene and disposable products, as well as individually configured or custom-made products. If an item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered, please contact us immediately—ideally with your order number and clear photos. We will, of course, find an appropriate solution. Statutory rights regarding defects remain unaffected.
If you wish to legally revoke the contract (within 14 days of receiving the goods), you must inform us of this in writing. Please use our business address or email address for this purpose.

Following a successful withdrawal, we will refund all payments (excluding delivery costs) without delay, and no later than 14 days after receipt of your withdrawal notice. For this refund, we will use the same payment method as used for the original transaction.
Please send returns exclusively to one of our returns logistics centers listed below.
Responsibility for the goods only transfers to us once the return has arrived at our warehouse.

The shipping costs for the return are to be borne by the customer. We strongly recommend sending the return via a tracked service, as we cannot accept liability for lost or delayed parcels.
The statutory warranty provisions under Swiss law apply to all our products.
The warranty period is two years. For our orthopedic dog beds, we additionally offer you a voluntary guarantee of five years. Should a warranty claim arise, we decide whether we will repair the product, replace it with an equivalent product, or reimburse you for the current value.
There is no additional voluntary guarantee for chew products. As these are consumable items, their durability depends, among other factors, on the size, age, and chewing behavior of your dog.
Normal wear and tear from chewing, partial or complete consumption, and faster usage are therefore not considered warranty claims. Natural variations in shape, color, size, or structure are also not defects, provided that quality and product safety are not compromised.
Should a chew product arrive damaged, be defective, or have been delivered incorrectly, please contact our service team as soon as possible at salesteam@petandco.ch. It is best to send us your order number and descriptive photos – this allows us to help you quickly. Your statutory rights in the event of defects naturally remain unaffected.

Our orthopedic dog beds are made of high-quality, durable, and easy-care materials such as felt, corduroy, or cotton. You can find detailed information regarding material and cleaning on the respective product page under “Material & Care”.
Our chew treats are also carefully selected. As these are consumable products, shape, color, size, and chew resistance may vary slightly depending on the product. Please store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Details regarding composition, feeding, and storage can be found under “Composition & Feeding” on the respective product page. The heading “Materials, Care & Storage” therefore neatly covers both product groups.

Many of the specialized suppliers necessary for our products no longer exist in this form in Switzerland today. To ensure the highest quality nonetheless, we work with carefully selected production facilities in Europe that possess many years of experience and are closely networked with their regional suppliers. This structure enables short transport routes, stable processes, and consistently high quality – from the material to the finished product.
Full production in Switzerland would massively increase the final prices of our products without automatically creating any qualitative or functional added value. Our goal is to develop high-quality products that meet medical requirements and are recommended by veterinarians – while remaining accessible to you.
